In our last blog you learned how to view the pre-programmed settings on your ESP+ technology, and now you need to know what each of those indicator lights mean so that you can properly change your settings moving forward. These lights on the ESP+ onboard display help to indicate the overall status of your unit. <\/span><\/p>\n

If you notice the red light flashing on your unit, that means there is one or more critical alarms and the system is not running. When your ESP+ is in this state, the alarms will be shown on the display. Using the \u201c<\/span>\u2227<\/span>\u201d and \u201c<\/span>\u2228<\/span>\u201d arrows, you can scroll through the display to see the alarm codes that are taking place. See the Alarm Status Menu below for a description of each code that may appear on the display board.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you notice a yellow light, that means there is one or more non-critical alarms, but the system is still running. Similar to the red status indicator light, the alarms will be shown on the display and you can use the \u201c<\/span>\u2227<\/span>\u201d and \u201c<\/span>\u2228<\/span>\u201d arrows to scroll through the alarms. <\/span><\/p>\n

If the green status indicator light is on that means the compressor is running and your ESP+<\/span><\/a> system is operating smoothly. If you notice the green light is flashing, that simply means the compressor is waiting on a timer to start or stop.<\/span><\/p>\n
